What you'll do

Plan and run digital campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn for SynIQ, FinPlanner, and Astro
Create and manage content — reels, carousels, short videos, blog posts — that explain our platforms to parents, students, and investors
Run targeted paid ads (Meta, Google) and track performance with clear metrics
Build and grow our email list and WhatsApp community
Coordinate with school networks, education influencers, and parenting communities to drive SynIQ awareness
Manage SEO, Google Search Console, and help improve organic visibility

What we're looking for

1–3 years of digital marketing experience (EdTech, FinTech, or D2C preferred)
Strong content creation instinct — you understand what parents, teachers, and young investors actually respond to
Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools
Good written communication in English and Hindi
Self-driven — this is a small team, you'll own your campaigns end to end

What you'll do

Visit schools, coaching centres, and education institutions to demo SynIQ to teachers, principals, and school coordinators
Attend malls, parent events, and community gatherings to introduce our platforms to parents and families
Build relationships with school management and secure institutional sign-ups for SynIQ's school/teacher programme
Conduct live demos of SynIQ on a tablet or laptop — showing parents and teachers exactly how CT practice works
Collect leads, follow up, and convert interested contacts into active users or school partnerships
Represent SysMindX Solutions at EdTech exhibitions, education fairs, and local events

What we're looking for

1–3 years in field sales, education sales, or edtech demos (freshers with strong communication skills welcome)
Genuine comfort talking to teachers, school principals, and parents — not just cold-calling
Comfortable demoing an app live and answering questions on the spot
Own vehicle preferred for local travel; travel expenses reimbursed
Fluent in Hindi + local regional language; basic English for reports
Target-oriented with a collaborative attitude — you'll work closely with the founder
